I hadn't been here in a few years, and what a transformation! It's now a warm, inviting pub that's perfect for families. The food is excellent, and the staff are fantastic! The ambiance is truly lovely. I even had a nice conversation with the manager at the end of the evening. I wish we had a pub like this in Tilehurst where we live. I highly recommend it! The menu is somewhat misleading, particularly when it comes to the burgers. Presenting the burger in a bun and placing a bucket of chips on a small plate could have created a different impression... View all feedback.
Absolutely first-class service from beginning to end, we had great eating from the staff with a great setting for which nothing was too much annoyed. it wasn't a great experience when we were eating here once, but this visit was before place
Eating was nice and very hot, service was great and friendly definitiw go back and would recommend
Fantastic atmosphere , friendly staff , mangers and patrons . When walking in you feel the warmth in this beautiful home from home environment . Simply love the outdoor space and all it has to offer . I will be back that’s a promise .

On my visit the pub was decked out for Halloween. Spooky! All the staff were incredibly friendly they even remembered my name through out the evening. The food was good as was the beer. Thanks guys.
