Roosters Piri Piri - Woking

Do not go to this restaurant. I ordered food for two people and it arrived packed in the same bag as cold drinks, making the food lukewarm and the bag wet, soggy, and ripped. They also forgot a portion of chips and several sauces. When I tried to get a refund, the man working there was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This was the worst takeout experience we've had in a long time and we will not be ordering from Roosters Piri Piri in Woking again. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I went to this restaurant and ordered a half pounder with cheese and the No.5 meal which included piri chicken wings, 10 hot wings, and 1 piece of chicken. The total came to 18 pounds. I requested the hot wings and the piece of chicken first, but they were so bad and dry. I didn't complain at first, thinking it was just the hot wings, but when I tried the half pounder, the meat tasted off and seemed like it was past its expiration date. I've had the half pounder here before and it was much better, with the right meat texture. When I complained to the staff, they just looked at each other without offering any assistance or even saying they would check on it. I was very disappointed and would never return to this restaurant again. It was a complete disgrace.

I went to this restaurant for a business meeting and ended up feeling sick for the rest of the day. Not only did I embarrass myself, but also my entire business. I will not be returning there again. There were rats on the floor and nothing on the menu was halal, which is not suitable for me as a Pakistani.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable. The fried wings were decent, but the grilled chicken had a delicious flavor. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

One of the arrogant and rude customer service I have ever seen in my life . There is big body builder stupid never know even how to approach with customers ! Idiot. Bulky guy but no manners at all . I think all of these stupids are must be owner or related with the owners probably that's why theirs attitude is like this . Never recommend any one
