What User doesn't like about Italian Kitchen Woking:
The service at this restaurant is very friendly and efficient. However, the food was not great. Although it came out quickly and hot, and the portions were a good size, it lacked flavor. The dishes were not well seasoned and did not taste authentic Italian. It is unfortunate that the restaurant is conveniently located near the cinema and theatre, as it was very busy and bustling. Perfect for a night at the theater and conveniently located across from parking. We had a table reserved which was fantastic. However, the server who seated us failed to inform us that they only accepted cash, and since it was our first visit, we had to wait a bit for a different server to assist us. Once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious.
The main paste was not beautiful, very bland, no taste we saw several dishes from other tables also last night back. the courts were also not very cheap. I was in the restaurant before it wasn't great at the time, but last night the main thing was pretty poor. my man had a similar court thought he had the same real shame as great to have right next to the theater!
Very convenient for the theatre, and very quick and efficient service. Would definitely return if we go to the theatre again. Wouldn’t visit for any other reason though.
The food was good but we waited quite a long time for the meals to be served, and as we were going to the theatre , this could have been a problem. It meant we had to eat quickly.
We enjoyed a lovely, relaxed lunch before today’s matinee.Food was delicious and well presented. Staff were very welcoming. Would definitely go again.
