Hong Kong Chinese - Woking

We have ordered from this takeout place multiple times without any problems. However, yesterday we placed a delivery order for a specific time and they were 40 minutes late. The quality of the food has declined - the noodles were filled with cheap vegetables like carrots and onions, the duck we ordered had a lot of fat and skin with very little meat. The rice was dry and had a strange taste, and the prawn crackers were greasy. We were very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

I placed my order over the phone and it was prepared accurately when I arrived to pick it up. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes from the time I placed my order, and it was. The appetizers were satisfying and flavorful, and the main dishes of chicken with black bean sauce and special curry were delicious. I used to only order from restaurants that offered dine-in options as well, but this takeout-only place was so good that I made an exception. I would definitely recommend it.

I always order takeout from this restaurant. The service is fast, friendly, and the food is delicious. Like with any takeaway, there may be a slight disappointment once in a while, but we have been ordering from here for 10 years and it is definitely the best delivery option in Byfleet.
