The food is always on point and the portions are appropriate no skimpy because they don't wanna make more. It is a busy location so if you order app service do yourself a favor and chekc your order. Everyone who works their is human no AI ... so occasionally humans make mistakes... maybe you don't idk... Please keep the cava team Humans!

The staff are always so kind to us. Sometimes there is a line, but that is the nature of the chipotle style build your own . My boys love the build your own pita, great value. I love the build your own bowl and appreciate thevegetarian option. Mostly though we go because it is healthy food served by a hardworking and friendly team, especially theweekend staff ????

Been a customer since basically day one at this and other locations. This location has recently gone down hill, significantly. The staff seems either undertrained, or could care less, and usually seem understaffed. Todays visitwas no different. Upon my 2nd bite, I discovered RAW chicken. And not just a little raw , I?m talking cold and raw. Ibrought it to the attention of who I believe to be the manager, and got a very insincere apology and he immediately remade myfood without asking what I wanted. A refund would have been appreciated. What?s even more disappointing is they kept servingchicken out of the same serving pot I got mine from. This place needs a leadership change and some significant food safetytraining.
