It’s rare these days to see business owners admit their mistakes and take steps to make things right, so your call meant a lot to us. We can only imagine how challenging it has been to run a business over the last two years, and we respect your efforts to navigate those difficulties. We’re committed to continuing our support for you and your team, as Marcos has always been our go-to place for birthday parties and family gatherings. Typically, your service is prompt, and the food is consistently delicious. However, we wanted to share our experience from yesterday. I placed my order on Thursday for a Saturday event, but unfortunately, it arrived 25 minutes late. The pizzas were overcooked and had obviously been sitting in their boxes for a while. When I inquired about the delay, the response I received was less than friendly, which was disappointing. We understand that many businesses are struggling to find quality staff these days, and we regret that customers often bear the brunt of these challenges. I wasn’t looking for any freebies or compensation, but he genuinely wanted to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome before we ended the call.
