This is my pizza place. 90% of the time I get: large pan pizza, double sauce, pepperoni, onions, TRIPLE jalapenos and bacon. I order this to be delivered about twice a month. It's always fabulous. EDIT: spoke to Randy, the owner. He knows that we've been loyal customers for 7 years and he's really apologised. I think it is rare in these days that entrepreneurs admit mistakes and make things right so that I appreciate the call and his words. I can imagine that in the last two years it has been hard to run a business, and we look forward to the continuation of Randy's support and his employees by giving them our business. Marcos is usually our destination for our birthday parties and family events. They are usually always on time and it is usually always delicious. Yesterday my order (which I placed on Thursday, 2 days before the time) was 25 minutes too late and the pizzas were both overhauled and had sat too long in the boxes. When I asked where my order was, I got a sniffing answer from the person who answered the phone. I know that many companies are fighting to find good help, or any help, right away. It is regrettable that the consequences of this will be passed on to customers.

So last week I had a not so stellar experience here. We order from here all the time. Service is always good, but food wasn't so great. I'm on a low carb diet and I'm so grateful for Marcos with the pizza dishes. To make a long story short, I made the survey that comes on the entrance and left it. It's not like the bad experience is keeping us from it. Everyone has a bad day/week. We didn't want to go all the way back to Wixom from Detroit so we didn't get out. Randy called tonight and it was a surprise, but a pleasant one. It is not every day that a business owner takes ownership and is willing to make things right. I wasn't looking for a kind of freebie or compensation, but he did his best to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution before the phone off. Please support such companies. They are rare nowadays. I'm going to go on here and be sure that everyone I know will leave!
Best pizza in town! All employees are also nice! Great experience!
Marcos is literally one of my favorites! I love their pizza, I order my own specialty they make it exactly how I want it to taste. They have Pretty good prices, and nice over the phone service lol I can't wait to order more Marcos!
