I stopped at Dunkin donuts this morning for a second time. The first time wasn't the best but I decided to give the place a second chance. I ordered the cookie butter cold brew and the maple sugar bacon sandwich. The drink and food is SOO good. And the service was spot on. Very friendly staff. Great way to start my day. What Cole C doesn't like about Dunkin':
They put the microphone up close to their face and yelled, “WELCOME TO DUNKIN HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” into it when I pulled up into the drive through then laughed about it with their coworkers. I wouldn’t have left a review otherwise. So rude. Also the food was cold. View all feedback.
Standard dunkin donuts I have done bothdrivw through and dine in and both are on par with normal dunkin donuts locations.
I goto dunkin everywhere in michigan and this one’s gotta be the worst. I’d rather drive to a location in the ghetto and I’d get better service. Not sure if their materials are out dated or what but your drink will be wrong if you order it here it seems like. Like I just ordered a large frozen coffee and it tastes like water. Idk they might just be super super stingy or something.
Staff is very disrespectful and rude. They are condescending and have an attitude every single time I'm in there. I don't even buy from that one anymore. I now go all the way up to the pontiac st store in wixom. The wixom rd store gets my coffee wrong and then gets an attitude when I want it fixed. They constantly make mistakes. Needs new management and get rid of the guy and girl at the front counter constantly snickering and being rude to customers. ALSO THE PRICE OF MY COFFEE CHANGED EVERY SINGLE VISIT!
Staff is always friendly and service is spot on and fast.
Stopped through for a cold brew and egg sausage croissant. Cold brew was fine, but breakfast sandwich tasted strongly of paper/plastic super odd
