I wasn't in the swimming pool, as always in the sauna. A burner from the sauna oven was defective. No matter who had service, everyone gave the best and did it, I didn't frozen. We all know that in these times we are more than good. We should also appreciate and praise the staff's performance. View all feedback.

Good water temperature on the radio switched on With 29 degrees the water is ideal for swimming. It should be a bit warmer for outside in cold air. An absolute NoGo was that the bathmasters listened to radio/music. If someone had really been in trouble and screamed for help, they wouldn't have heard that. Unfortunately, I forgot my jacket in the locker. When I called there, the lady told me nothing was found. I asked if she could look at it once. I even knew the locker number. I was then very rudely pointed out that the cleaning women of each subject checked and therefore nothing was found. Very rude woman. A month later, I called there again and how miracle was my jacket in the fund office. Apparently it wasn't so thoroughly cleaned. You could have looked for a short while if a client asked. Villeicht be more polite and look out for tolerance. If it were the other way around, the woman on the phone would also want to know if I could look. Too bad I didn't ask for the name

Ärgere mich immer noch auf, dass die Öffnungszeiten mit denen im Netz nicht übereinstimmen wie soll man da sich auf ein besuch im hallenbad freuen wenn dieser ja nochnicht mal dann offen hat so wie's im internet steht? bitte aktualisieren!!!!!!
