It tasted like it had been sitting out for at least five hours—cold, burnt, and incredibly dry. The biscuit was also extremely hard.

When I go... read more I visited the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece chicken tender meal, added extra biscuits, and asked for two large sides of mashed potatoes with gravy. When I got home and started serving plates for my kids, I noticed there was only one small bowl of gravy for the two large sides of potatoes. Shouldn’t you receive a gravy for each side? Additionally, when I opened the box, I found only three chicken tenders instead of the four I had ordered. This kind of mix-up happens far too often! I usually don’t voice my complaints, but this time it’s just too much! I live 30 minutes away, so it’s not easy for me to jump back in the car to address the issue!

They were out of crispy chicken, and when I got home, half the pieces looked stale or overcooked. One of the chicken breasts appeared to have been cut in half before cooking, leaving me with only one full breast. For $19.64, this experience has cost them my business. If you're in Wise, VA and want chicken, I suggest looking for better quality elsewhere.
