What Kathy Coffin doesn't like about Dunkin':
I recently visited the drive-thru for mobile pickup at this restaurant. My coffee was the only item that was satisfactory. Unfortunately, I was missing four orders of hash browns. The pancake wrap was hastily put together and served cold. At least the free muffin was edible. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but I was greatly disappointed by this experience. I was there rather early. The staff were efficient and so friendly. Service was fast
I normally don't eat donuts. I stopped by to pick up a couple and celebrate fall. Also coffee with cream. The donuts were dry and tasteless. I'm wondering how long they were sitting in a glass case. Maybe I'll pick up another brand.
This dunkin location is conveniently located right off Rte 1. The lobby is clean and there are bathrooms for customers. There are only a few seats for dine-in but it's clean. Most people use the drive thru. I've generally had a good experience here whether I went inside or used the drive thru. It's a convenient location for travelers on 1.
