What colin d doesn't like about Toast Hoylake:
Just like Coda Maine and Bodega before it, this restaurant is now closed. When will people learn that trendy bars and converted shops only succeed temporarily? These types of places were popular when the Golf tournament happened in 2006 and 2014, but they are just a passing fad and it's not surprising that this one has closed down. View all feedback.
Amazing! This is my go-to spot for people-watching. The coffee is absolutely delicious!
Recently had lunch in this caffe and had high hopes to have passed the west Kirby industry a few times. but unfortunately was a little disappointed ground for 4 stars and not 5. the place is nice that we even found a quirky small sitting one, is the best way to describe it. the service was good, but unfortunately the ordered toastie was overcooked, very dry and tasteless. the coffee was nice, so would visit again, but probably not order anything to eat.
Polite, fast staff. prices a little high, but they get a decent disc rocky road. toilets clean. parking space outside. means many seats and decent toastia. also open on a Sunday, in contrast to two of the caffes around the corner that lost our business.
Great place for quick food and is really cosy! The menu is more sandwich based but good quality. I had a cheese and bacon panini which was really nice. The staff are friendly and on a nice day it's a good place to relax.
Such a relaxing place, delicious coffee and excellent service/staff
