Went there today for the first time since the refurbishment. Wow what a difference. The inside is completely new and modern with a traditional feel. We had the lamb roast dinner which was fabulous. I then had the Bread and Butter pudding. I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had. Staff friendly and professional. Definitely will return
Beautiful meal. eat fantastic, beer also good. the service was a little slow, but since we sat outside to enjoy the sun, he did not pamper the meal.

Great food and drink coupled with good service, all round good experience.
Awesome food. Probably the best steak and ale pie I’ve had, and I’ve had a few! Dog friendly and they even brought some treats out for them. Recommend!
