Lancelyn Plaice was our local chippy till we moved a few of miles down the road. After sampling some of the chippies in our new immediate vicinity over the course of a year we now drive back to Lancelyn Plaice for our twice monthly Saturday...chippy. By far the best in the area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lancelyn Plaice:
should all be a crisp kinnese. quickly turn around, large portions, hot piercing. the personal is good. only cash, but there is a free cash machine in the one stop next door. View all feedback.
Well carved. they have moved their closing times a little, but they cannot really blame them when it comes to covid. the woman behind the counter is really friendly and smiles a lot.
So much better than previous owners. great chippy and large portion size.
The food here is incredibly delicious! We absolutely love coming here for our Saturday evening Chinese feasts.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly, and the food is enjoyable. It's a different style of Chinese cuisine than what I typically have, but I would still recommend it and will be returning. The interior of the restaurant is also quite nice.
Lovely food always hot and great portions ,not greasy on soggy always crisp and light prawn crackers. Would definitely recommend this chippy.
