Great service good coffee. Very relaxed whilst I was catching up on my paperwork. Clean trade area and tables cleaned as soon as people left. Toilets were clean and tidy too. View all feedback.
What Denise R doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Usually enjoy going in for coffee when Linda is in. Today she wasn't, my friend and I got 2 toasties. One was fine ,one nearly burnt to a hard crisp . When taking the hard one back, the man serving abruptly said Its the oven. No apology. Not except able my friend said. Looks could have killed us. Childlike personal, comfortable sitting and very accessible, apart from being up on a hill.
Chai tee felt irrigated mocha was delicious the actual caffe was nice and the personal was nice
Only the usual Costa coffee they get anywhere, but very friendly staff, fun banners, and open later than most in heswall.
Came on a busy Saturday afternoon and a very smiling and friendly guy named ethan served us. soothingly treated with our order during the time to ask about our day etc. costa they always make themselves welcome and love the new autumn range of foods especially.
Fabulous service by a lady with straight blond hair. Excellent coffee and cake.
