The restaurant was extremely unpleasant. It was the worst meal I have ever had. Everything tasted like it had been reheated from a week ago. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff working. View all feedback.
Christmas spirit and very friendly staff. eating was a really good price, came quite fast and was nice and hot. in any case will be restored.
I went to this restaurant last week for lunch with my family. I would highly recommend it, as the service was fast and the food was delicious! The staff really goes the extra mile, and they all seem very knowledgeable about the history of the village. Claire was friendly enough to show us a beautiful picture of the pub when the bridge was still in place.

I always feel at ease dining at this restaurant. The ambiance is pleasant and the menu offers a nice variety of options. I have visited multiple times and have never felt hurried, always enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly, although there can be a wait at the bar when only one employee is working. This place feels like a second home to me, and is my top choice when looking for a family-friendly dining experience.
We received a lovely welcome at the neighborhood pub. We stopped by for dinner while visiting the area, and ended up staying longer than expected to listen to some talented local musicians. The food was affordable (it's a Greene King pub) and the meals were delicious.
