Great food, friendly and polite staff. So attentive to our needs. Food was fresh and hot , it was so nice, relaxed environment and high chair for our baby who loved all the attention. Cookie dough desert was so nice too.

I contacted bella italia new brighton a few hours before I mean my oldest son for his 9th birthday contract today. he has apergators and hyperacouses that makes him a nervous time, especially if there is probably music. I asked james, the manager, if you had a bit of an upsurge in knowing that it was his birthday and he was more than happy to commit (also offered to the music for our arrival, which was so beautiful from him! . Now, to say he and his team went over and beyond is an absolute understatement. we were greeted with smiles and birthday wishes, a super friendly service and a helium balloon on our table. it didn't stop! next came a card and a massive, wrapped gift. the face of my life was an absolute picture, and we really didn't expect it. After eating our meals and enjoying both eating and the atmosphere, we asked for the bill. next they know that the entire staff comes by and seasons them a happy birthday (after the review it would not be a problem before with a brownie and candles as well. the service was exceptional. it actually brought me a drink to the eyes. very mindful of the autistic aspekts, incredibly welcoming and contemplative about words, all of their own. we now have a new place in new brighton. thanks james and the team. fantastic xx

We put 12 of us, and we waited to sit 5 minutes, beautiful staff, eating was beautiful, 3 curs kinder meal £5.95 older child 3 curs £7.95 bargain. in any case recommend. either a family friends out at night or for a date night.

Excellent food and service from the nice staff they have here. I can't expect much less from bella italia than all. when they sit on the far side of the window, they get some nice views, especially in summer. many variety, good prices and they do a really nice breakfast as well. normally very good and would give 5 stars, but once visited and got the wrong eating, we explained this to our server, who said they were going to check with the cook and back to us, but never did- after a 10 minute we wait to pay and were set for a few months.
