I made a reservation online for a Father's Day meal, but when I arrived at Milan, I found a note on the door saying they were closed until further notice. There was a small group of very disappointed people outside, ruining their evening. OpenTable should communicate with restaurants to prevent situations like this from happening in the future. We had booked a table at this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's engagement with some friends and were really looking forward to it. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. There was just a note on the door stating that it was closed until further notice. I was extremely angry, as it was very embarrassing for us and our friends who had traveled to be there on our recommendation. It was 8pm on a Saturday night and everywhere else was fully booked. The restaurant had my mobile number and email address, so they should have contacted me to inform me of the closure. This is unacceptable behavior from a restaurant. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our plans for such a special occasion were completely ruined. I had to give stars in the above box, but they were definitely not deserved for this review.
I found it interesting that the restaurant had closed down weeks before our confirmed booking, yet we were not informed. This lack of communication does not inspire confidence in the organization's efficiency. I would advise caution when considering investing in their shares. - Bernie Jackson
