I felt that I was racially profiled by the manager, who asked me to leave because I took too long to choose my drink. I highly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, as the manager displays aggressive and prejudiced behavior, especially towards homeless individuals. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The shift supervisor, who had blue hair, spent the entire time complaining about food preparation and even yelled at an employee for ordering food after a brief rush. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable for both customers and staff. I placed my order at around 1:53 AM on Sunday.

It just says to see the c... read more I've been to this location four times lately, and each time I’ve had to leave without a receipt because there’s no paper at the pumps. It just says to see the cashier, but with eight people in line inside, waiting around for a receipt isn't feasible. I spend over $80 a week on gas there, not to mention the food I buy. If this happens again, I might have to consider not going to Sheetz anymore.

When cups are available, lids are frequently missing, and even when both cups and lids are stocked, creamer is often unavailable. They also regularly run low on essentials such as napkins, coffee creamer, soda, sweet tea, and ice. I've stopped visiting this location because it feels like a waste of time—I can count on them not having what I need. I think corporate headquarters should take a closer look at this store, as it doesn’t meet the quality standards I expect from Sheetz in Pittsburgh. It seems there is a lack of proper management to uphold the high standards I’ve always associated with Sheetz.

It was meant to be fried, but they served it grilled, and it was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even finish one bite. If I hadn’t already driven 20 minutes, I would have sent it back. I’ve tried Sheetz twice now, and both times the food fell short of my expectations. I won’t be coming back.
