I’m getting used having Dinner with good friends at the Trübli. Alex and his team were able to surprise us with a delicious Menu surprise. This might sound funny – just read on. The starter for me was Suomi Beef, for my friend Tuna both with green Gazpacho – great. The menu went on with very finely chopped cabbage turnip and cabbage turnip Sherry Soup – so tasty. The intermediate course was corn chicken breast with roasted black sesame seeds, green asparagus chive morel spume – oh my, wonderful! The main course was veal breast with parsley – garlic Cedi and freshly grated lemon – there’s only one word: Delicious! For dessert we’d had lemon verve rhubarb, so good. Have a look at the photos, so you’ll get an impression of our wonderful dinner. In the end each of us got the sealed menu card . Frankly – this Restaurant with its team is worth Gault Millau. Don’t miss the chance for having dinner there – you won’t regret it.
It's about a year ago that had dinner with friends at the Restaurant Trübli. This year I went with my working colleagues for dinner and once more was flashed about the exquisite menu as well the recommended accompanying wine for every course. Because of the Corona Safety Precautions which are strictly adhered to by Alex and his team, and the nice late summer weather we had the dinner outside in front of the restaurant. It was all in all great! The host Alex and his team are doing everything for a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Chef Peter created a menu which none of us has before. Have you ever had fermented radish and carotte served with a homemade Kombucha of Alp herbs? Me not, but frankly it tasted great. The cold soup (exactly right for the summertime) with thin slices of zucchini and fresh blueberries – with an estragon soup – we never had it before delicious! Even so none of us had rabbit, I had a mushroom, with Quinoa Pops and a corn crème – yummy, believe me. The main course was fish (for me a veal filet) with an Estragon Pumpernickel Risotto – once more delicious! Alex recommended the accompanying wine for every course and explained in short in full length from where the wine comes as well as everything about the vintner producer. After several courses, the final was a dessert made of semolina and lemon balm with a plum crumble and of course a phantastic cheese board. I don’t want to explain every single course, because the menu changes every three weeks. Have a look at my photos and don’t miss having dinner at Restaurant Trübli, you will not regret it. I will take this opportunity to thank Alex his team for a wonderful dinner and evening. You are taking great care of the health of your guests as well as sticking strictly to the Corona Safety Precautions. THANK YOU!
The food was superb. The whole Trübli-Team was courteous and showed a lot of heart for the ambience and their food. I find the Surprise menu very exciting and there was always the perfect wine to go with it. Highly recommended if you want to eat out really well and extraordinarily.
Absolutely fantastic! Every course is a piece of art par excellence! The friendly team makes you feel very comfortable and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Can't wait for our next meal in the fabulous Trübli! We'll be back soon for sure.
