Then the order came, but she forgot the drink from our 2 year old son. After another few minutes had passed, our son was very thirsty at 32 degrees outside, I went in to get the syrup myself and only heard from the waitress (black hair, young) People can't wait a bit on Sunday?!?! Rarely have I experienced such poor service... THAT WAS THE LAST TIME WE WERE WITH YOU Suggestion: Find better staff, according to the other reviews we are not an isolated case!

The service employee didn't speak German, asked dozens of times and didn't bring everything, she had forgotten the rest (despite the note . We were only 4 later 5 people! When she brought the rest she became angry and cheeky because we were talking and she hadn't remembered who ordered what. She was more interested in whether I was the others' mother, which was none of her business. When paying, after asking three times, crossing it out, writing it down again, she couldn't even add everything up. Apparently there is no receipt system or she didn't know about it. All in all I was there 3 times, the first and the last and the only time.
