We have visited monte russo before, and eating and service is consistently the best in winterthur. we recommend monte russo, also for special occasions. we just... read more We have visited monte russo before, and eating and service is consistently the best in winterthur. we recommend monte russo, also for special occasions. we just went back to the oktober and I couldn't decide what to have, so I agreed that the cook makes me a vegetarian surprise. the pasta with fresh vegetables and pesto sauce was excellent! we also had the caprese salad and a pizzasalami, and everything was fresh and delicious as always. my favorite pasta sauce on her menu is the lemon sauce that is with a side of spinat topped. I also have lunch in monte russo, and they offer lunch specialties. the server are professional and very helpful. every meal was an excellent experience. there is a bicycle carrier in front and bus stops are close.
