Today, however, I placed an o... read more Really poor customer management. Since opening I've ordered a couple of times and I was initially satisfied with the food quality. Today, however, I placed an online order self pickup from Winterthur) at 12:45 pm. By 12:46 pm I already had the invoice on my email. Even though they officially close at 13:30 pm and the order was accepted, nobody was there when I went to check why nobody called ~60 mins later, at 13:45 pm). The bad part is that nobody even bothered to call or write an email saying that I shouldn't expect any food ready to be picked up. Will never return as I find it not acceptable to treat customers like that.
