We went with our daughter who had come to stay with us from the UK. It was on a Sunday, when for a set price, they have a wonderful 'brunch ' where you help yourself, and can have as much as you like, it started with us all having a glass of Prosecco (included). We found that the selection of food on offer was amazing. Especially the Chateaubriand, that they carve for you, and the huge range of deserts. Everyfhing was outstanding and it was so nice to sit outside. If you have a large appetite, this is really good value! Highly recommended.
We sat on the very nice terrace. Food was high quality, great gazpacho with chunks of firm water melon), tagliatelle with ratatouille and prawns, crème brûlée with strawberries. Excellent local wines Herter). Efficient friendly service. Recommended.
We had 30 guests and the programme started at 6 pm and went on until midnight approximately. We had ordered an aperitif riche, with white wine, cool drinks, red wine on demand. The service, the food and the logistics were to our fullest satisfaction. The terrace, the bar, the restaurant and the nearby park with the big trees formed a unity perfect for entertainment. Israel von Paulus took care of us and served drinks and food with his team. We enjoyed his personal and fun touch throughout the whole evening. What a very nice evening. I recommend both Bloom as well as Israel von Paulus for your events.
We come here whenever we want to experience a special evening. The food is creative and delicious, high quality assortment of local and international wines and great cocktails whats not to like?! Be sure to book a table outside during summer time.
I was invited here for a business lunch, and a table was booked. The restaurant host (manager? greeted us and brought us to the table next to the window with a view on the parc. There is the option for a lunch menu (2 courses for CHF 32 or 3 courses for CHF 39 . There were also a few starters and mains to choose from separately. We both opted for the lunch menu parsnip soup, looked very nice and was tasty and I had the red cabbage, walnut and fig salad, although first I was served a fennelsalad by mistake. The mistake was corrected after getting the attention of a waitress, although an apoligy wasn't offered in the way of sorry for the mistake. It all went with yes, you ordered that and the wrong salad was taken away. The main courses deer steaks with brussel sprouts and spatzli was yummy. The sauce was tasty and deer perfectly cooked. After a break we both opted for sorbets of mango and raspberry and a cup of coffee (served with walnut chocolate brownie piece . Which was all good too. We enjoyed the lunch, good price for the quality but the wrongly served salad without an apoligy was a let down. Good location for a business lunch

Superb menu! very special creation made with exquisite ingredients, very well balanced portions very recommended place when they are attentive to a good modern interpretation of the Mediterranean taste.
Large space for brunch sunday
Wouldn't call this Mediterranean, more like European but very good all the same and a good bar for pre/post diner drinks.. The only reason it's not a 5* is because sometimes service can be a little slow particularly on the terrace but overall always professional, friendly and the food is excellent
