The hoof city. My colleagues and I have been coming there for over 15 years. Seeing many operators come and just as many operators going. This business is a gem in the right hands. The current, new manager is friendly, respectful, the kitchen is open, and the business has been given a fresh look. The food was tasty and the prices contemporary. It would be great if the Hoefstad regained its allure of yesteryear under these new operators. Always different, and yet a bit normal. Good luck!!!
