Nestled in a charming coastal town, this restaurant shines as a hidden gem, renowned for its generous portions and friendly service. Classic dishes like sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, and orange chicken stand out, though some offerings can be inconsistent, with a few lacking seasoning. While a vintage atmosphere might deter some, it contributes to the local charm. Prices are reasonable, making it a popular choice for both dine-in and takeout. Frequent patrons rave about the freshness and quality, with many planning return visits. Overall, it's a delightful spot for those seeking authentic Chinese cuisine.

The one and only Chinese restaurant in winters and they definitely understand the task to deliver good ol' Chinese fondue! I was falling.
Soouo. I finally have to eat in oceans and it's wonderful. eating is fantastic. fresh. so fresh and tasteful. the owners are wonderful and will make.
I have rarely left reviews, but decided to give this place an attempt due to the almost 5 star rating, I have ordered Mongolian bark. it was horrible nothing but.
We love living by the ocean in winter and are thrilled to have such delicious Chinese food in our small town. We have tried many dishes, but our favorites are sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, kung pao chicken, chicken chow mein, and the hot and sour soup. You can't go wrong at this restaurant. The portions are generous and you will likely have leftovers!
I dined there for lunch and ordered the Mongolian beef, which was fresh and piping hot. I also enjoyed a side of soup, although I wished there was more meat in my dish. Despite this small critique, I couldn't resist trying more dishes. I ordered the sesame chicken over rice on my second visit, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best Chinese meals I've had in years. I appreciate that Ocean's offers soup with their meals, a nice touch that sets them apart from other Chinese restaurants. The egg drop and hot and sour soups were both tasty. The customer service was impeccable, with attentive staff who kept busy during peak hours. One thing to note is that many restaurants in Winters are closed on Mondays, including Ocean's, so plan your visit accordingly. But trust me, it's worth waiting until Tuesday to experience this hidden gem!

The food at this small, family-owned restaurant is always delicious. It's a hidden gem run by a brother and sister duo. They serve the best Chinese food anywhere! The service is great, perfect for a dine-in dinner. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly. The orange chicken was delicious, made with real orange and the chicken was fresh and tender. The chow mein was just okay, lacking in seasoning but well-cooked. Unfortunately, everything else we tried was disappointing. The Szechuan Beef dish was mostly onions, with flavorless, gray, and rubbery beef. The sweet and sour pork was also bland and overcooked. Overall, this restaurant is slightly better than other Chinese restaurants in the area (Dixon, Vacaville).
This restaurant is a hidden gem! The young woman at the front is constantly busy and puts in a lot of effort. The menu offers traditional Chinese dishes that you'd expect from a neighborhood spot. Delicious! The restaurant may have a vintage feel, but that just adds to its charm. Service is quick and efficient. Perfect for a lunchtime takeout. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person. The food and service both receive a 5-star rating, while the atmosphere gets a 3. Highly recommend trying the Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Chicken Chow Mein.
