Patrick Melli Simon and the entire team are not only warm hosts, but also excellent chefs. The restaurant “Diesperre” combines tradition and modernity in a magical way. Here you will find a stylish ambience and culinary highlights that enchant us every time. Our last highlight was the vegetarian 3 course menu: The soup of Hokaido pumpkin and orange with a pinch of chili was a taste explosion. The baked beetroot pancake on mashed potato and pumpkin with bell pepper and pumpkin vegetables and edamame was a culinary experience. And the banana walnut nice cream at the end was a heavenly treat! The warm service and the idyllic location contribute to the feel good factor. Special requests are no problem here, which makes the visit even more pleasant. The selection of wines, draft beers and brandies is impressive. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
