What Chris Edwards doesn't like about Wendy's:
Always cold, slow and rude. I feel like I must apologize to the staff because they make me feel like I did something wrong by walking in the door. I can honestly say that 1 out 5 times that I go in there do I get food that is warm or hot. All other times it is ICE cold. View all feedback.
The service is consistently slow, and the staff can be quite rude. I often feel as though I should apologize for simply entering the restaurant, as they make me feel unwelcome. To be honest, only about 20% of the time I visit do I receive food that is warm or hot; the rest of the time, it’s served ice cold.
The process of ordering through the speaker at the menu was straightforward and hassle-free. We didn't encounter any issues with our order being incorrect. Vehicles were moving at a steady pace from placing our order to receiving our food.
