This wins the best meal of the month award for being decadent and everything perfectly paired with our dishes. The chef is very humble and came out to meet us and tell us about Spanish cuisine. Presentation is top notch! Don?t expect a big paella skillet but do expect subtle dish cooked to perfection. Expect to pay in the range but it?s well worth it! View all feedback.
What ChrisC doesn't like about Paellas:
Very expensive for what you get. 3 glasses of wine, 3 appetizers and a small 1-person paella set us back $160. Definitely not a place to go to on a regular basis. View all feedback.

The best place to eat in Winter Park! The Chilean sea bass with black truffles, saffron rice, and grilled asparagus was perfect! Not one thing needs to be changed. The service was impeccable. Attentive but not hovering. We ate in the outdoor seating area and it was so relaxing we hated to leave. I cannot recommend Paellas enough!
Yes, it's a five out of five for sure! Both our appetizers and main courses are just delicious, so are the drinks. We tried seared scallops made me drooling just by smelling it, sweet and tender; toasted bread with tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar crispy and appetizing; seabass with truffle perfect sear, fresh and juicy; seafood paelle surprising amount of seafood, aromatic and fulfilling. Oh, and the sangria, such rich fruity flavor, loved it! A must try if you are in Winter Park.
My husband and I loved this restaurant. They were fairly busy when we went but we were seated immediately and attended to. Our food came out within minutes, exceptionally fast. And the staff is so nice and really make you feel important. We were treated like VIPs. We love to try new places when traveling and we have never had better service anywhere. It was phenomenal. On to the food: also amazingly good and authentic Spanish cuisine. We had the ceviche which was so delicious and probably our favorite. We also got the scallops appetizer and it was very fresh and tasty. For our main course, my husband and I shared the Lomito Paella, which is angus tenderloins with rice and asparagus. It was cooked to perfection, exactly how we requested. We had the flan for desert but I forgot to get a picture because we ate it so fast. Hands down would recommend eating here when in or near Winter Park. You won?t regret it. For our 2 appetizers, 2 cocktails, and main course our bill was around $115, which is also very well priced for what you get. Update: we ate here 3 nights in a row. The food is so good and service so excellent that we didn?t want to eat anywhere else. We got the lamb chops twice and it is heaven on a plate. We also got the other steak meal (with potatoes and fried leeks) at the recommendation of our server and thought it was excellent.
This is definitely 5 stars. The food and service here are fantastic and the drinks are fantastic too! The ambiance is romantic and comfortable. I took my wife for our anniversary. I started with a Margarita and my wife had a Spanish drink called Caipirina. Both were great. They bring warm bread with olive oil and pepper and a bowl of olives in olive oil. I had the most amazing Chilean Sea Bass and my wife had the Paella de Mariscos. We both loved our dishes. The Sea Bass was buttery and cooked to perfection. We then had a Pina Colorado which was delicious and the fresh mint blended in the drink was delicious. The Chef came by to check on us and also offered a shot on the house of a Spanish liquor that tasted spicy and warm. We finished with Flan which was hearty and delicious. Our waiter was excellent and the entire staff was very helpful. We had a great experience! Highly recommend!
