They took the time to explain ea... read more I don't usually drink coffee, but I decided to try some at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff. They took the time to explain each drink and helped me make a choice that I was very happy with. The doughnuts also looked delicious and I can't wait to go back and try more items from their menu.

I was completely ignored at the drive... read more Any other Dunkin' location is preferable to this one. The female employees here are extremely rude, inattentive, and slow. I was completely ignored at the drive-thru, yet the man in front of me and the person behind me were served promptly. Additionally, they lock the door so you can't enter the store. I do not recommend this place to any women, as it seems they have a bias against female customers compared to male customers.

We ordered two large coffees and two breakfast sandwiches and got two large coffees and no breakfast sandwiches as well as the hash browns were cold. The young kid that was working to drive through kept on saying bro bro when I am a grown man and my child was right next to me and was wondering why this guy was calling me bro. He had no respect for any customers he had poor customer service as well. Will not be returning to this location at all. When I asked for a receipt the manager tried to give me a different receipt that wasn't even the items that I ordered.

They didn?t put on the hash brown I ordered. Charged me for an orange juice they don?t have andsuddenly they didn?t have the glazed donut and when I said ?you guys said you had it? His response was ?well now we don?t? noapology, no care. Won?t be returning to this location
