They didn?t put on the hash brown I ordered. Charged me for an orange juice they don?t have andsuddenly they didn?t have the glazed donut and when I said ?you guys said you had it? His response was ?well now we don?t? noapology, no care. Won?t be returning to this location

We ordered two large coffees a... read more What a Horrible experience. The kid working the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful. The manager on duty was rude as well. We ordered two large coffees and two breakfast sandwiches and got two large coffees and no breakfast sandwiches as well asthe hash browns were cold. The young kid that was working to drive through kept on saying bro bro when I am a grown man and mychild was right next to me and was wondering why this guy was calling me bro. He had no respect for any customers he had poorcustomer service as well. Will not be returning to this location at all. When I asked for a receipt the manager tried to give mea different receipt that wasn't even the items that I ordered.

It was disgusting and nowhere near what it should taste like. I?ve had it at other locations before and it tasted completelydifferent. Clearly they?re not following the correct recipes. Asked them to remake it and it comes back tasting even worse.

This place is constantly understaffed and with bad attitude. Everytime i go through the drive through it’s a 25 min deal. This place will be shut down soon.

Dunkin on Aloma in the Aloma... read more Dunkin Donuts has struggled the last few years, but they've hung in there, hired friendly people, and tried to work out the kinks. Dunkin on Aloma in the Aloma Shoppes hired a manager named Clara who has gone out of her way to make sure customers are happy. We pick up 3 dozen donuts every Sunday for church and she lets us text her to make sure it's ready. She's a rock star and has earned our respect and loyalty. And, the store is clean inside and worth a visit.
