Didn’t know who are server was. Did not refill our coffee. Took us asking 3 different servers for coffee and it took 30 minutes for the refill. Food was terrible. Go to the Italian restaurant called Panullos down the street! We originally were going to go but it was booked and have a chance for this place. It was terrible, from the service to the pizzas.

What?? How you won’t have ice on a Valentine’s Day? I would not come back to this place

We tried the Brie Risotto with Salmon and the Gnocchi with Steak (a daily special not listed on the menu). Both dishes were delicious, and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend Braccia!

When we arrived, I noticed... read more I rated my experience three stars because of the situation we faced. It was my birthday, and I had a party of ten, including a baby. When we arrived, I noticed a sign indicating the restaurant was closed, even though there were diners sitting outside. Luckily, since I had a reservation, we didn’t encounter any issues. Our server was friendly and accommodating; she informed me that they were short-staffed with only one cook available due to some employees calling in sick, possibly due to COVID. As a result, our food took a while to arrive. Despite the delays, I enjoyed my celebration in a delightful atmosphere. I loved my meal of tortellini with filet mignon, although the risotto wasn’t quite as good as I remembered from my first online order. I remain hopeful that things will get better, as the restaurant has a solid concept and some talented chefs.
