Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Winter Haven

Tropical Smoothie has now joined the ranks of other restaurants … pay more, get less. Decreased ingredients, decreased size decreased quality. I’ve bought my last wrap from there. So few ingredients I could only taste the wrap itself, which also seemed to be 1/2 the size of the last wrap I had from TS. I never right reviews but I’m sick of paying more for subpar food. As long as people continue to settle for less but pay more, that’s just what they’ll get. I can will make my own from now on.

The most disinterested staff ever. Unpleasant attitude. They were all too busy chatting to be bothered about taking my order. When one of them finally did, she got it wrong and couldn’t be bothered to correct it.overall the management should look into improving the attitude and the service

Tried to buy a smoothie and a quesadilla and they wouldn’t break my hundred. As a member of the service industry I operate mostly in cash. Thank you Tropical Smoothie for making me go to work hungry. The place is run by children and crack heads and the atmosphere shows. Stop by and get ur self a smoothie as long as you don’t have cash and the “chef” isn’t in a smoke break.

I just went into Tropical Smoothie to pick up an online order. I walked in and was patiently waiting for my order when a woman comes out to give another customer their food. She then looks at me to ask “Can I help you?” I simply tell her I’m waiting on my order to which she responds, “okay, was it online, mobile….?” I tell her Online and again with more attitude she responds “what’s your name?” I tell her and she walks to the back and hands me my smoothie. I then walk to the trash can because my smoothie is spilling out of the top and try to clean up my cup a little bit when I overhear her mocking me, retelling our interaction to a coworker. I turn from my position by the door to tell her I can hear her and I’m still there. THIS IS EXTREMELY RUDE. Had it just been the attitude from our exchange I would have not written this review but to act like I was doing something wrong by patiently waiting for my smoothie while answering your questions is not okay. Please do better.

I love tropical smoothie but the winter haven location not at all accommodating…I’ve placed orders where they’ve cancelled my order if I request something additional but today took the cake I called spoke with Lacey might I add she was professional (none of this was her fault) but she called a manager named Beth I inquired upon extra pineapples in my smoothie and pineapple salsa to my super green wrap …Miss Lacey placed me on hold to check with manager Beth who then advised I would have to come in person to pick up the reason I order is because I’m terminally ill/disabled and have zero energy to get out very hurtful that you try to support these establishments and something so small they will not honor! Shocked to say the least but I’ve had the same issues with this location in the past …. Final attempt with this location
