We ordered Classic Chicken sandwiches, they were very tender and good! One customer dropped a whole tray of food on the floor. KFC was quick to replace her large order with another free of charge.
I have ordered from here often. However tonight my order was totally messed up. I ordered the 3 piece combo with 2 sides. When I picked up my order, the receipt was correct. However when I got home, nothing was right. I ordered 2 breasts and a wing. Got a breast a wing and a drumstick. Ordered two sides, corn and coleslaw; I got one side- mashed potatoes and gravy. Trying to call this store is futile- constantly busy. At least my wife got her pot pie. Apparently, they raised their prices a lot, but the service dropped by a lot. Hopefully I can actually contact someone tonight. If not I will call the corporate number.
THE PERSON AT THE DRIVE THRU WAS VERY RUDE, HE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM!!!
This is one restaurant to avoid in Winter Haven, as there are many better options with shorter wait times. You can usually see the cooks, but often no one is at the front desk. After waiting about five minutes, someone will finally come out of a small room next to the desk to take your order, and they do so in a very unfriendly and rude way. The staff all seem scared of their manager, who appears to be quite harsh on the cooks and food preparers. Overall, the atmosphere in this restaurant is very negative.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. My order was completely wrong, even though it wasn't busy. I should have checked everything before leaving, but they missed two sides and gave me the wrong items. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered.
