KFC was quick to replace her large order with another free of charge.

When I picked up my order, the receipt... read more I have ordered from here often. However tonight my order was totally messed up. I ordered the 3 piece combo with 2 sides. When I picked up my order, the receipt was correct. However when I got home, nothing was right. I ordered 2 breasts and a wing. Got a breast a wing and a drumstick. Ordered two sides, corn and coleslaw; I got one side- mashed potatoes and gravy. Trying to call this store is futile- constantly busy. At least my wife got her pot pie. Apparently, they raised their prices a lot, but the service dropped by a lot. Hopefully I can actually contact someone tonight. If not I will call the corporate number.

After waiting for about 10 minutes behind other cars (not including the time it took to reach the window), a young man with dreadlocks, wearing a black t-shirt... read more After waiting for about 10 minutes behind other cars (not including the time it took to reach the window), a young man with dreadlocks, wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans and looking somewhat unkempt, came out. He handed two bags to the first two cars and asked us to pull forward. Another 10 minutes later, he returned to confirm our order. We gave him our ticket, and he went back inside. A few minutes after that, he came out with our bag and quickly left. My husband had to go inside to get sporks and napkins, and even asked for wipes, but they didn't have any. The food was hot but overly greasy. We used all our napkins to soak up the grease before we could enjoy our meal. While the food was tasty, the excessive grease really detracted from the experience. Overall, I've had better visits before.

However, when I arrived to pick them up, a woman spoke to me rudely over the intercom, telling me to cancel the order in an unpleasant tone. When I asked for more information, she ignored me. Fortunately, another employee came over, spoke to me kindly, and explained that the cancellation was because of the hurricane.
