It was real busy first off. The girl taking my order got it wrong 3 times and then I got to the window and asked for ranch for the fried pickles and she replied I didn't get fried pickles.. I got 2 small fries which I was thinking we have fries with our meal. So they had to put in an order for the pickles. So I had to pull around and wait. What Coleman Osinski doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Ordered a peanut butter sundae, got vanilla ice cream with what looked like a small teaspoon of peanut butter syrup, not enough to cover the top of sundae, basically a $7.00 cup of vanilla ice cream. Threw it out truck window towards store. Ridiculous don't waste your time and money View all feedback.

As soon as we walked in they looked as us like we in the wrong place like were wasn't supposed to be there took our order and just watched us the whole time it was very uncomfortable we went dressed weird or anything my grandma asked is everything ok the lady didn't say a word just looked at her it was a really weird experience to say the least lol everything was good by the way except for the slushy it tasted like straight syrup had to exchange for something else they we cool about it idk if the just thought we were really pretty or really ugly but they didn't take their eye off of use for a second lol
Best DQ in the area!! Customer service was top notch and food was AWESOME!! We went through the ride and all the food was made right. Large car park and able to keep many cars and buses. We recommend this DQ if in the area of Winter Haven and Alburndale Florida!
Disappointing experience, the start to the visit was great. Food and blizzards we’re made fast, brought to our table and tasted great. Downside- after dinner, I decided to order dessert which took 20 minutes before I asked the status of my blizzard. Was then told that I didn’t order one although I had a receipt in hand and had to show it twice to the employee. I honestly do not appreciate that my order was forgotten (2 dine in customers and countless drive through customers were served while I waited with my family for one medium blizzard) but more so don’t like being called a liar when I have paper proof that an employee rang me up (after helping me decide on a flavor) and then made me feel like I was trying to steal product. My family and I will find a different ice cream place to spend our money.
