When I approached the manager to address the issue, she told me that if I wanted the other two burgers, I would need to pay again. I explained that I had already paid for four, but she insisted I hadn't. When I requested my receipt, she finally acknowledged that I had indeed paid for everything. They didn't offer any apology for the mistake; she simply said, "The hamburgers are coming." Eventually, she handed me the burgers with a frustrated expression as she closed her service window.

The drive-thru was moving faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I feel a little hesitant about writing this review, as I'm concerned it might attract more customers. The burgers were delightful, accompanied by hot fries and nicely chilled drinks. Overall, it was an excellent experience, particularly after savoring such a tasty meal!

The burger tasted old, and the drinks were served from 2-liter bottles. Despite my request for no ice in my drink, they ignored me. One drive-thru lane was changed to pick-up only, and they closed the walk-up window, citing being short-staffed. The floor was disgusting, even visible from the drive-thru; there were empty 2-liter bottles and napkins scattered around, making it look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Now, I’m just hoping I don’t end up with food poisoning. If you choose to eat here, good luck!

I had to pull out of the line and wait to the side for my order, which wasn't a big deal. However, when my food finally arrived, it was wrong and tasted old and overly greasy—not the usual fast food grease, but the kind that accumulates from sitting under heat lamps. It was unappealing, and too tired to go back and exchange it, I ended up not eating it at all. I was really disappointed.
