Stop here by boat, courtesy of my MIL and FIL....After a day on the chain of lakes.... stopped to escape from an evil thunderstorm....spent a few hours here and was well worth the storm...

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly welcoming, with a diverse mix of Latin, Asian, and people of color. The owner is one of the friendliest individuals. The drinks are top-notch and the bartender is very personable. The only downside is that they do not offer food on their menu.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful restaurant that proudly supports Americans and our heroes. We stopped here with our Freedom Boat Club Bennington for a quick bite to eat and were absolutely blown away. The restaurant is famous for their delicious "rum runner" drink and the cozy atmosphere. They even have boat parking and outdoor seating for a relaxing dining experience. The location is conveniently situated between Lake Howard and Lake May.

Love Caribbean Bay! Boats can pull right up on the water and they have amazing entertainment on the patio. Always a good Sunday Funday! Highly recommend their famous Rum Runners- very delicious and strong for a frozen drink. They always have a very friendly crowd and the staff is really great. Even when they’re busy (which is every time I’ve been) the servers are very attentive- but you can always go inside and order drinks directly from the bar. Cool Pool tables inside by the bathrooms. Just make sure you shut the front door behind you or guests will scream “shut the door” at you until it’s shut. Diverse group of people- all persons welcome. Biker and smoker friendly, too.
