What User doesn't like about Boston Market:
Stopped yesterday after work to pick up supper. There was a sign on the door that said drive through only so I got in the car and got in line. I was the 3rd car. After 20 minutes no one had moved. So I figured I'd try again tomorrow and left. Today Iwent back and while there was a sign in the grass saying the drive through was open, when I got there the drive through wasclosed. I always had a soft place for Boston Market, but I must admit that the service I receive every time I go to Winter Haven place, it really makes it special. Thank you and please know how much I appreciate the hard work. Thank you.
I have eaten many first-class ribs that are good, BUT, Boston Market's Prime Rib gives them a run for their money! It is very good, you will, very good
Great food and service, I love her Mac and cheese. Absolutely delicious. Her chicken falls from the bone, it is so tender and juicy. I can't say enough here. Staff are well trained and know what to do. They offer good suggestions if necessary.
I’m really saddened to see this place decline. It’s hit or miss whether it’s even open. The organization is chaotic, and from what I’ve heard, there have been numerous changes in management, yet the company doesn’t seem to care. I’ve often placed orders only to be told they were out of meat or chicken. Filing complaints on their website is pointless; the only responses I’ve received were from various managers who offered me discounts or complimentary meals that I never ended up using. It’s such a disappointment because I’ve been a loyal customer of Boston Market for over 20 years. I used to love it for its healthy options and quick service, but overall, I’m very let down by the company now.
The staff was very friendly, and they were attentive to our needs. However, we encountered several issues, including a lack of ketchup and some drinks that were unavailable. Unfortunately, the meat served at Boston Market was among the worst I've had. Additionally, the women's restroom had noticeable black mold. I understand that leaks can happen, but allowing it to reach this condition is unacceptable and concerning.
