I really should have learned my lesson after the first two times.

I waited almost 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and it wasn't anything special. I called to complain, and the mana... read more I ordered several meals, one of which was chicken noodle soup. When I got home, I found that the soup was nothing but liquid. I called to complain, and the manager, Noah, said the only thing he could do was either send me a voucher by mail or have me come back in a couple of days for a replacement soup. He showed no empathy for the mistake or for the fact that someone had to go without dinner tonight. His overall attitude was simply, "Yeah, that happens sometimes."

When I asked how fresh the... read more This location is really disappointing. I've consistently had bad experiences here. The cashier always seems rude or overly stressed. When I asked how fresh the brewed coffee was, she gave me an attitude and told me to check the time on the pods. I had already checked, and there was no information on them. Noticing her frustration, I decided to just go ahead and pay, only to discover later that the pod was empty. Since the cashier was the only staff member around, I pointed it out to her, but she didn't even look at me. Another employee walked by, who turned out to be the manager, and when I asked about coffee, she told me they don't brew it after 2 PM—yet it was 3 PM. She kindly offered to make a cup for me, but then she just slid it across the counter.

I found the cashier Lourdes to be very rude and impatient with both myself and my mom. You would?ve thought the place was packed based upon howimpatient and rude she was. Not to mention, she really became rude after asking her what came on the sandwiches that we ordered.I noticed after she took our order, we were the only people that she was rude to. Didn?t want to think that she was prejudice,however after listening to how she treated other customers compared to us it was evident.
