When I asked how fresh the brewed coffee was, she gave me an attitude and told me to check the time on the pods. I had already checked, and there was no information on them. Noticing her frustration, I decided to just go ahead and pay, only to discover later that the pod was empty. Since the cashier was the only staff member around, I pointed it out to her, but she didn't even look at me. Another employee walked by, who turned out to be the manager, and when I asked about coffee, she told me they don't brew it after 2 PM—yet it was 3 PM. She kindly offered to make a cup for me, but then she just slid it across the counter.
