I am so disappointed at their burger. Weve had NYBP before but this never happened. The entire burger meat is completely burnt and so bitter to eat. Its a complete waste of my money. How do they dare to serve this to customers knowing it is burnt ???

Lobster roll was soaked in juice and became soggy. The lobster itself was really good but the roll was too soggy to eat. Cauliflower bites were not good. Not cooked enough, too much breading and arrived soggy as well. I wouldnt order from here again but the actual lobster was good just hate that the roll was so soggy.

Food was cold. Pizza was not the same quality as normal. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Driver even said food wasnt hot when she picked it up.

Will not order the NYBP Style Surf Turf again. Steak wasn apos;t great. Very thin and overcooked- ordered medium well and was over well done and tough. Shrimp was over cooked as well. Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites are okay. Didn apos;t expect them to be hard and crispy. Not a bad flavor but interesting way to label as pretzel bites. Brooklyn Mozzarella Logs are great as always!
