Domino's Pizza - Winter Garden

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, the service was awful, and the manager and employee were both rude. They forgot part of our order and made us feel unwelcome. The atmosphere was not pleasant and I am concerned about the cleanliness of the place. I will not be returning and I hope that corporate takes action. I recommend that they receive an audit. Today's date is 11/02/2023.

Brandon is an excellent employee. The pizzas and cinnamon bread twists he prepared were flawless, and his positive attitude really shined through. He had great energy and was a pleasure to interact with when I picked up my order.

We ordered an Xtra Large pizza but it was only made with the dough size of a regular large pizza. As a result, it was expensive and very thin.

I ordered takeout from this Domino's location and paid online. When I went into the store to pick up my order, the employee was rude and insisted I sign a receipt even though I had already paid online. There was too much sauce and not enough cheese on my pizza, which was disappointing. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at this Domino's.

I attempted to place an order on a Sunday, but after being put on hold for 15 minutes, I decided to drive to the restaurant in person. Upon placing my order, I was informed that it would be ready for pick up in 30-35 minutes. However, when I returned after 30 minutes, my pizzas had not even been started. It was clear that the owner/manager only had one staff member working on a Sunday to handle calls, man the counter, make the product, and clean. I felt sorry for the young lady who was managing all these tasks alone. In my opinion, the owner/manager should have been there working if the staff was short-handed. Despite having been a customer for 8 years, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It is not due to the time it took to receive my order, but rather the poor working conditions and lack of support from the owner/manager.
