Even when there is a line we get our food pretty quick. I eat here for lunch 2-3 times a week. It's consistent and better than any of the other Chipotle's near by. Believe me we've tried all of them View all feedback.

I ordered the bowl with white rice and it was hard/crunchy. The meat was dry the beans were awful and I will never go back again. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have had horrible food from different locations.It is not what it used to be.I remember when people would line up to eat at Chipotle. Those days are over. West Colonial Chipotle!!!!! What is going on with the rice!?! For a solid four months the rice has been crunchy. Not sure if you’re mixing old with new. Or not cooking it completely. It is awful. Please resolve this. I love your rice when it’s cooked how it should be. The clermont location has no flavor, the Daniels rd location is always off too. Y’all haven’t let me down in a looong time til now! SOSOS
Lazy and stopping making food over an hour and a half before closing. I have been in multiple times before 10:00pm and they are out of chicken and rice. At 10:00pm everything is shut down and they are cleaning the grills. I saw a customer ask if they could make rice at 10:00pm and they said no. I understand being tired and wanting to go home but as an owner if you are going to allow this you might as well close at 10:00pm.
Ok, I used to really like my neighborhood Chipotle grill, but lately, every time I go, they are low on my favorite beans and meats. I request that we wait to get a new, fresh tray of either. Instead, they scrape the bottom of the respective container and give me the dregs of each.Yes, it's something Jerry Seinfeld would object to, but I keep going back.
I ordered double chicken with my order of white rice, black beans, lettuce, and tomatoes and they gave me less than a regular portion. Not only that, but when I went inside for my pickup order, there was a gentlemen who gave me my order, and I said thank you very much. He then gave me a grimacing stare. When I opened my plate it was mainly rice as-well. Overall I am not impressed with the online order crew and there customer service.
Great service from the workers. The food is tooooo bland! The rice is barley cooked and there is just no flavor. Please go back to seasoning the food guys. I tried giving the food side of rose and black beans and my toddler wouldn’t eat it. Literally wasted my money and threw the food away.
