I just want to give a scream out of this bojangles location. tonight on Monday, 14 november 2022 there are only 2 employees at this location. they work hard. any employee who remains and works under these conditions deserves an increase. the location has a B-sanitation evaluation, but working with only 2 employees, how are they expected to keep an A-rating only working with 2 employees? so see bojangles these two you... I came to this place to order a little fast. but what I came. there was confusion with a previous order; so I decided to order on the app. after my order, I was advised that they don't make salads anymore. but the salads are listed in the menu and in the app. but. This new restaurant location is helpful when looking for reviews. When I stopped by, it wasn't busy, which made for an okay dining experience.
This place is the worst!!! You never have any food or items (Honey mustard, dirty rice, green beans, hot sauce etc.) and it's hours before they close as between 5-7pm!! I'm like who does inventory? And they are never apologetic!
They ran out of many pages hours before closing. Not with 3/4 pages in our 20 pieces box. Friendly overall, but not internalized in providing service.
The chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. These bojangles cook their food as it is believed to be cooked, and the cookies were so good.
Bojangles used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Then about 10 years ago due to something I don?t quite understand, everything started going downhill. The Cajun filet biscuit was my go to. Then as I said about 10 years ago you were almost always guaranteed At least two of these things happen to the chicken: dry and unmarinated, the chicken being a thick as a quarter, super heavy on the Tabasco sauce to where you couldn?t even eat it, no flavoring at all. The biscuit would either be rockhard, no butter, or absolutely no taste. So I was pleasantly surprised when I got my Cajun filet chicken biscuit and it was the best I?ve had in years. Hopefully the next time I come by this place it will be the same. Most of the Bojangles in our area especially the one on University Parkway are almost inedible. The one on Stratford hasn?t always been the cleanest. Please give whoever baked the biscuits this morning and who prepared the chicken a raise! My visit was around 9:30 AM
