it's a great place to get you eat quickly. Of course they will forget one or two things. this time they forgot to give me my big pommes even after they gave them a tip. I am not annoyed, it becomes the norm everywhere. food: 4/5 View all feedback.

Customer Service is LACKING. Was never greeted when I walked in. Waited at the counter for 5 mins until the worker(JAMES) walked over to take my order. The worker(JAMES) looked Sleepy as he was taking my order. He got my order wrong. View all feedback.
Thank God for blessing people on 12/4/22! Friendly, professional, friendly and friendly. The food was hot, fresh and tasty, and they were so nice to us even if we came through the drive thru near closing time
The manager Kendra took my order. Very pleasant and friendly. Had a great sense of humor. She is definitely experienced in customer service. Wonderful visit. And the sandwich was right on point!
Well the sodas machines were out of so many things that were zero sugar that in the end they ended up giving me a free orange juice but they were all very nice and what can you say about Wendy's the food is usually good so I had the four for $4 thing and I think that's a good bargain
I always try to redeem the offer on Wendy's receipt(s) for the free sandwich at every visit . Which is; when you purchase a Premium sandwich you receive another for FREE [basically a BOGO buy one get one FREE offer]. Be certain to read your receipts about the offer I mentioned .
This is the Wendy’s we always go to in Winston Salem. I tried the southwest avocado salad for the first time and it was surprisingly good. My only issue is that every time I’ve gone there a forgotten to give me a part of my order.
