Easy access to the store. Tire pressure was low. The air pump wasn't working right so that was rather discouraging. Otherwise, the store lives up to the Sheetz branding. Good food. Love the frozen mochas. They have Almond milk, but it would be nice if they offered coconut milk or soy milk. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sheetz:
On 2/26/22, I had my new UGG boots damaged at a Sheetz location in Winston Salem, NC. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I only received a call back from Stephanie (or Stephane Diggins/Duggins) after reaching out approximately five times. Ever since the speedway on Old Hollow Road at Germanton Rd was torn down, I have been stopping at Sheetz before hitting the freeway. I always have a trailer behind me, so the ease of entry and exit at the fuel points is important. There is another gas station along my route, but it is significantly overpriced and the interior is unclean. Every time I have been to this specific Sheetz, the store has been poorly stocked and disorganized. The drink station is messy, with cups scattered everywhere and spilled drinks. The employees seem careless and struggle to find lids for customers' drinks. The first time I went to this Sheetz, there was a security guard on duty. I have never dared to order food there after seeing the condition of the store. However, getting gas at the pumps is always efficient. The store's interior is in need of attention and the staff should be more attentive to their job. I have been a loyal Sheetz customer for years and often stop by when available, but I hope that Sheetz will improve its standards and show more care for its customers.

I requested to speak to her superior, Mike Stanley, who was supposed to call me back on 3/8/22 at around 2:50pm EST. I am disappointed by the service I received and will be sharing my experience on social media platforms.
I don't like hearing explicit music playing at the gas pumps. Words like "GD" are not very professional.
I ordered smoothie, it went through. but it wasn't. the 2 people spoke about the command. I asked. Okay, order didn't go through, so just do it so I could go. I left without him. need to find new smoothie place
Was working at night down the road and went for something to drink and heat my food. The guy working tonight told me that we couldn’t use the microwave. What’s the deal with that? Was going to be a paying customer until the rude worker wouldn’t allow us to use the stores property.
