I used to frequent this place regularly, but recently they have consistently gotten my order wrong, left food out of the bag, and failed to include salad in the salads. In several instances, they did not fulfill online orders until customers inquired in person, resulting in long wait times. It has been a disappointing experience for the past six months. Moe's always delivers fast and reliable service no matter which location I visit. The addition of online ordering has made it even more convenient to enjoy their delicious food.
The service at this restaurant was fast, simple, and efficient. Although the staff were not exceptionally friendly, the food was delicious. The manager took the time to have a conversation with me and was pleasant and helpful in guiding me through the menu.
I received the excuse that the water machine was not working from the manager. It seems to me that this is just a way of saying there is no water running, which could imply the restaurant is unsanitary.
Service and food fine but the location is a bit dark and dingy . Parking and traffic is a pain
