So I'm kind of biased because I work here, but I say we're trying our best to offer great customer service. the manager do their best to ensure that the filiale and our sandwiches meet the company standards. As for eating, we only sell cold sandwiches, so we don't have meatballs or philly steak. the only cheese we have is provolone, and our menu shows any supplement on we have. there is not really an option to build... What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
4 sandwiches and rallyes, 2 out of 4 were false/missing ingredients that I paid, ranch that I paid, was omitted, and now my daughter food poisoning has from eating the food. never again.
I just want to give the manager of this restaurant a big prop. You have a great restaurant, friendly service and your food is always fresh. Since I moved to this side of the city a few months ago, I've eaten here many times. I even order the delivery very often. Your delivery drivers are always fast, friendly and friendly. It is nice to have so delicious and healthy Freak Fast Food so close to home! You guys rock!
Decent food that's ready really fast. Probably better to order in person at this location; 2 online orders made incorrectly.

Amazing ? sandwich shop with delicious breads, tasty meats, fresh veggies, and the hot Jimmy peppers. Love their bag chips and ? cookies, and combos. They have an amazing app to order ahead for pickup and now a rewards program to earn free food. Love their Vito and Spicy Italian sandwiches. They also have outdoor seating and ? handicap accessible parking, seating, and restrooms.
Great sandwiches, nicest staff and cleanest eating establishment I've ever seen.
