Hardee's - Winston-Salem

The fries were decent—that's about the best thing I can say. There was no one in line, yet we still waited about 10 minutes for our food. While we waited, there was an unpleasant odor outside the restaurant, possibly like vomit or wet garbage; it's hard to pinpoint. The employee at the window seemed quite unfriendly, almost annoyed that we were there. When I asked if there was ketchup in the bag, she replied that there was, but unfortunately, no honey mustard as we had requested. My wife ordered the chicken tenders and said they were good, but I had a chicken sandwich that was barely edible. I managed to eat a third of it, but it felt like a struggle because it had a strange smell. Typically, Hardee's is an average experience for me, but this visit was definitely a disappointment.

Food great as always. Best chicken tenders of any fast food restaurant. Service a bit under par compared to other Hardee's but an exception, not the rule.

This place has seriously went down hill, today I went to Hardee?s around 10:30 for breakfast, ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo and arrived at my work, once I opened my bag I got a steak and egg biscuit, called and informed Hardee?s about my order and was wondering If I may pick up another order for tomorrow since I came into work today, the employee stated that I?d have to talk to a manager, assuming she would get the manger she hanged up, I once called again seconds later to actually having to ask for a manager just for a short ?he?s not here today? I asked when will a manager be returning, followed by her hanging up the phone. Very displeased that the company is failing.

I like Hardee's when they got sale on there hamburger yummy !

I wish I could give this place 7 stars. The skid brands on the side of the building were an excellent feature. I knew this place was popular when I saw paper cups, sanitary towels and wet wipes pouring out in garbage cans. The atmosphere was great: The staff welcomed me in the register (which was appreciated for an old geezer like me). My order came to room temperature as I like it. I really enjoyed the soda machine too! I could adjust my own soda. It was a really nice hole-in-the-wall joint that I will recommend to my nephew when we are back in town.
