Finnigan's Wake - Winston-Salem

Waited for a while to try this place and boy, it didn't let me down. The potato cakes as an appetizer are amazing, especially with the apple butter that was above. The turkey bacon wrap (I ate it fast) was amazing. The food came hot and everything was really good. The service was also amazing.

"We had an excellent dinner on December 29th. The staff was friendly, and the menu was fantastic; we truly enjoyed our time together. The beef and fish and chips were outstandingly delicious. We also loved the roasted pimento basket. Don't forget to order a pint of Guinness, of course! They have a great selection of specials as well. It was $100 well spent. We're so happy to see that FW is back!"

Reviews are accurate! Stopped by randomly while here for work from Texas. Staff is super friendly and the food is very good! Everything can be made vegetarian which was a plus. I highly recommend this place!

I'm really happy they have reopened! They've added a new outdoor seating area in the alley, which is perfect for having a drink and unwinding, even if you're not dining inside.

What a fantastic place! Great food menu, really cool atmosphere (we ate out back), and expansive beer menu. Priced reasonably, with excellent service. Highly recommend.
