THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don't realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin. View all feedback.

I ordered for coffee and bagel, the coffee was fast, but the bagel took all eternity. it could have happened in a reasonably reasonable time, but the employee held their own sweet time. what made it really bad after it was done, it was placed only on one piece next to it and she just went on a convenient conversation with another worker close. Service was Horrible ! The cashier was mopping up a milkshake that she spilled ! She laid the mopping against the wall and, proceeded to fix another customer's order ! I couldn't Believe that the customer allowed that ! I had been Standing there for 20mins ! As the cashier just kept getting ready to get off work ! The manager came from the drive through window and, asked had I been Helped I said No ! As I stated what my issue was she said well ok....... and took my order ! She never said Anything to the girl because all of them are Hispanic ? So No I Will Not Be Going Back To This Location They Need An Adult Manager Who Has Experience To Run This Place ??
They failed to fully supply my order. There was hardly any cream cheese on the “cream cheese bagel”. I waited 15 minutes for this, this is unfair.
Dunkin' as a COMPANY doesn't care. I was driving to work and stopped at the drive thru to get an iced coffee. No issues with the order. I put the coffee in my cup holder and proceeded down the road. A few minutes later, I take my first sip and coffee starts pouring all over me from the side of the plastic cup. There is a clean, straight cut, probably from a knife, about half way down the cup. I put the coffee back down, but within a few minutes, half the coffee spilled into my cup holder and on the carpet. I didn't have enough napkins to soak up the mess. I immediately reported the issue to the store. I simply asked for a refund and was advised I would be contacted within 2 business days by the owner. 3 business days later and no response. I reached out again and said I haven't heard back, and was advised that the issue would be escalated to corporate since the franchise owner didn't contact me. Someone from field operations would reach out within 2 business days to resolve the issue. 3 days later and no response again. All I'm asking for is a refund for the $5 coffee that spilled on me because I was given a damaged cup. The fact that not even corporate has responded leads me to conclude that Dunkin' as a COMPANY does not care. From now on I'm only getting coffee at Starbucks even if it's out of the way. If I ever have an issue, which is rare, they resolve the issue through the app within 5 minutes of letting them know.

Went there today 8/25/19 at 10am got a dozen donuts and 2 ice coffees. Once we got home kids and wife ate there donuts. At about 3:00 pm I ate my donut. After a few bites I felt a sharp pain in my mouth. After spitting it out I found a metal shard that was inside the donut. I called them and the manager was not there so I spoke with the shift manager and explained what happened she took my info and said the owner would give me a call. I still haven?t had a call yet at7:30pm, this is the kind of thing that requires immediate attention. Completely unexceptable. May contact a lawyer.
