Dunkin' - Winston-Salem

I stopped here before I went to va. I should have known. the more experienced person told her that I didn't order a latte, so I thought the drink was repaired. I ordered an extra large hot coffee with mandelmilch and caramel. I didn't think it was so complicated. I couldn't even drink it. it tasted like just hot milk. I thought as soon as the extremely hot liquid was cooled, it would taste better. I have landed on the autobahn in greensboro to plead with another manager to restore the coffee for me. train their employees better!

Horrible Dunkin Donuts it's almost a B rating and didn't realize that before I ordered. They did not make my coffee right. Horrible

Younger White male in the afternoon plays around and goofs off way too much, very unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’d hate to go to another location.

I love this location great coffee and donuts and there's a beautiful African American woman that works evening time very sweet she's worth waking up and going to get coffee from there

I have breakfasts here occasionally. Just a bad experience. I had asked for my money after she was told by the cashier that she could not give a reception. No matter what, a great point for a quick bite.
